Frequently Asked Questions

What’s included vs what’s an extra?

Everything that is in the van is included. We will email you information so you will know what you don’t have to take. You are also welcome to use our brake control unit and towing mirrors.

Can I opt for a Delivery & Set Up Service?

Yes we can deliver and set the van up for you and then pack up and collect the van at the end of your holiday. There is an extra charge for this service.

How long does the handover take?

The handover will take approximately 45 minutes. We will run you through a full set up and pack and make sure you are comfortable.

What is a brake controller? Do I need one?

All our vans have electric brakes so you will need to have a brake control unit installed in your car or you can use our brake unit (no extra charge).

What are the pick up and drop off times?

We are flexible with pick up and drop off times and will work with you to have you on your holiday as soon as possible.

What sort of Tow Vehicle is required?

The tow vehicle required will depend on which van you would like to hire. If you are unsure we are happy to discuss this with you – get in touch today!

Is there a minimum hire period?

The minimum hire period is 2 days (1 night).

What does the service fee cover?

The Service fee covers you for minor breakages
